IN-LINE SPEED CORRECTION Model Number HPH10
*NOTE: The HPH10-CBL2 programming cable that is used to set the multiplier for speed correction is optional with purchase. We can set the multiplier for you before shipping.
The HPH10 offers low cost, easy to install speed correction. It is commonly installed near the gear box hall effect sensor and is mounted on the frame rail. The HPH10 is packaged in a durable, waterproof housing with resin encapsulated electronics, making it ideal for the harsh conditions often presented by ATV/UTV riding. Speed correction is commonly required when adding after market parts or tracks to an ATV/UTV. The HPH10 sits in-line between the gear box hall effect sensor and the ECU. The HPH10 works on all Polaris units. The HPH10 inputs the gear box hall effect signal, conditions it, and outputs the signal to the ECU. The HPH10 draws its power directly from the in-line connection, therefore, no other wiring is required.
By default, HPH10 is shipped with a 1 to 1 ratio, meaning the output signal equals the input signal, therefore no speed correction will occur. The customer can elect to order the HPH10 with the correction they would like. To do this, enter your desired value in the customer notes on the ordering page when checking out. If uncertain, simply contact us, and we will be happy to recommend a correction factor for your application. Also included is the HPH10-CBL programming cable and program the HPH10 themselves, using any Windows computer via USB port.
